Welcome To Sugar Lumps Design. I love sweet designs for me, and to be surrounded by them at home. It is a treat to take small journeys to the remote corners of the mind's creativity and bring back souvenirs to share. Payments:
Pay Pal is my perfered method of payment. But I can also accept: Money orders & Checks. (Please note that orders will be shipped after check clears). Please make payment within three days of your purchase. I am a verified PayPal member and I can accept payment of credit cards through PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Packages are shipped standard ground. Please let me know If you need your package to arrive sooner than standard ground, insurance or if you live outside of the United States to receive a quote. Items are usally shipped within 3 days of receiving payment.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All items are handmade and every effort is made to represent my items as accurately as possible, with the upmost quality, but if you are not satisfied, contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your purchase. I will be happy to exchange it, issue a store credit or refund(excluding the shipping and handling). Custom orders may not be returned.
