Payments:
Suzies Little Shop excepts payments through PayPal and you don't need an account to use this. Simply use the feature As Guest on the bottom of the first page. This gaurantees your card and bank information is safe and easy refunds if needed.
Shipping & Order Processing: Most items will ship out through USPS the same or next day, except holidays and weekends.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are offered for any items you are not completely satisfied with if they are returned within 2 weeks of arrival and in the same condition as sent. All items are insured by me for loss or damage. There is a money back gaurantee on any wear issues for a reasonable amount of time depending on the item. Any jewelry that is strung can be restrung free of charge if needed at a later date. How often you wear your item will determine how often it should be done.
