Payments:
Payment is due at the time of order. At times there may be an extra charge for extensive personalization of an item.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days of order.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Simple exchanges can be made within 30 days at no further charge.
Returns are accepted within 30 days, at customer's expense. All packaging/tags must be included and intact.
