Welcome Message: Welcome to Terre Vici! The utmost care has gone into handcrafting every item in my online store. Each piece is either an original or part of a very small batch. All of my earring wires are pure sterling silver, 18kt gold over sterling silver, or 14kt gold. My bracelets are designed to fit a variety of wrists, and to be secured and released by one person. My necklaces have artistic, eye-catching clasps so that the beauty of the piece is not disrupted by a utilitarian closure.
Payments: I gladly accept PayPal, and will accept check or money order as well. For larger orders, please allow extra time (typically 3-5 business days) to allow check funds to clear.
Shipping & Order Processing: I ship in-stock orders within 2 business days. If you are requesting a custom piece, I will reach out to you personally to approve deadlines for work updates and shipping. Wholesale orders of in-stock merchandise will typically ship within 3-5 business days to accommodate the volume. Wholesale orders of custom pieces will have an individual time-frame based on the scope of the work and retailer needs. Rush shipments typically can be accommodated upon requests; rush rates might apply. I offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS, but am happy to accommodate other shipping methods per customer request (additional shipping fees may apply.)
Refunds and Exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of confirmation of delivery, and shipped within 30 days of the notification of intent to return. also warranty my work. Should an item need repair within 6 months of purchase, please contact me! I work diligently to ensure a quality product, but even I am not perfect. I want you to be as happy with your purchase after your 50th wearing as you were during your first wearing.
Additional Information: Please let me know if you like an item, but would like a custom piece such as using a different gemstone or different color metal. I also do wholesale pricing for retailers; message me for wholesaler information.
