Payments: Teuk Ooten Jewelry is happy to partner with PayPal for your safe and secure shopping convenience. In addition, we will also checks and money orders but we do allow a 14 day waiting period prior to shipping. If you need faster service or would prefer to place your order by phone, please give us a call.
Shipping & Order Processing: Currently we use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping for the majority of our shipping. Both Tracked and Insured, the process has provided the most economical and expedient means for our customers. If another service is preferred, please choose so, at time of check out.
Refunds and Exchanges: Because our items are handmade and custom designed, we currently do not offer refunds and exchanges. We do have a 30-day full manufacturer's warranty on any item that is flawed in material or labor. Shipping is free under the warranty.
