Disclaimer: Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you test our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. Shipping/Handling: We ship within 1-3 business days via USPS unless you are ordering a pre-order. In that case, we will ship everything in one shipment on the pre-order ship date noted unless you contact us to make other arrangements. We will package your order to accomodate the lowest shipping cost possible. If you live within 10 miles of the Fair Oaks, CA area you may have your order delivered or you may choose to pick it up.
Returns: All orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Cancellations/Additions: Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. If you need to make a change later, call or email us ASAP. Canceled orders that have already been packed will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
