If for any reason you are unsatisfied I will personally refund your money or fix any issue you have within 30 days. If an item breaks I can do my best to fix it unless it is a glass piece. Those are one of a kind and cannot be replicated. Please be gentle and take care of your jewelry 🙏

Most if my items are fragile. They are made with either swarovski crystals, Glass cobishun pieces, and Austrian handmade glass beads, charms and crystals. Please store jewelry in cool, dry place. Do not wear in the shower or water. Polish with a baby wipe or jewelry cloth for resilient shine and Shimmer.
