Refunds and Exchanges:
At Thirty-One, we want every Customer to be perfectly satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason a Thirty-One product does not meet your expectations, please contact your Consultant within 90 days of the order. Personalized items may only be returned due to a manufacturer's defect or upon further review by Thirty-One.
Our gift certificates can't be exchanged for cash, and we're not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If an item that was purchased with a giftcertificate is returned, the refund will be placed back on the gift certificate.
If you have any questions about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact your Consultant or the Thirty-One Home Office directly. Your Consultant's information is included on your Hostess Summary and Guests Order Summary.
