Howdy from Texas. My name is Heather, and I own the shop Tiffins Designs, which is a family owned business, located in Amarillo, Texas. Making my customers happy is my number one priority. If you have any questions or problems with an item please let me know and I will try to take care of any issues you will be having. Payments:
Payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I accept payment through all major credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, as well as paypal. All customers from Texas will be charged a. 8.25% sales tax added on to each order.
Shipping & Order Processing:
It can take up to five days to get your order processed. If we have all the vinyl in stock needed for your order it is usually made and ready to ship within 1-2 days. We use USPS for our shipping needs, it usually takes 2-4 days to receive shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I hope that you are truly happy with all of purchases, if for some reason you are not please, let me know. I will accept returns for everything except wall and car vinyl decals. I will accept returns within the first 15 days after purchase. All items must be return unused. as received in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping prices. Thank You!!
