If your purchase is completed and shipped before the estimated shipping date provided at consultation, the remaining balance must still be paid within 5 business days of shipment of garment. If the balance is not paid within 5 days of the garments shipment, the card on file will be charged. For Boutique Items only -
MEASUREMENTS: Consultants take your measurements to compare them to the specific size chart and to create the size that best fits your shape. Few people fit perfectly into a garment without some "customizing" to their body. Basic alterations will be included such as hem alterations to alter length.
If a consultant doesn't take measurements -
SIZING: Custom specialty dresses usually fits smaller than clothes purchased in stores. You may go up as far as 3 sizes from what you normally wear. It is usually better to produce a larger garment and perform alterations.
HEIGHT: All dresses and pants are cut for approximately a 5'9" height (58-59" Hollow-to-Hem). If you are taller than 5'9", you may need to order extra length. This involves an extra charge. Typically 3-6 inches to the length will be added. If you are 5'8" but plan on wearing 3" heels, you either want to wear a lower heel or order extra length. If you are shorter than 5'8", you most likely will need to get the garment hemmed. Along with adjusting the hem, the garment most likely will need to be altered to make it more "petite" for your size (dress/ tunic). Alterations DO NOT have to be done in house.
COMPLETION OF GARMENT: We will notify you upon completion of garment. If you have requested shipping of your garment, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address prior to shipping the garment to you. In the case that the event was cancelled, any balances remaining must be paid within 5 days prior to arrival of the item(s). If picking up garment the garment must be picked up promptly. Items remaining over 60 days from the event date will be donated or sold and full balance will be charged accordingly.
