Welcome Message:
Payments: Payments may be made by credit card or paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 48 hours, unless special orders. Shipping is via FedEx or usps.
Refunds and Exchanges: Exhanges are made pre-made items only. No refunds or exchanges on special order items.
Additional Information: Repairs to any jewelry is made free for six months due to normal wear.
