accepting credit card payment over phone or by internet or paypal.
All orders paid for by check or money order will have to wait a week for processing before product is shipped out.
Email notification of payment received will be sent via email as well as when products are shipped out.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Order will be shipped out Usps unless stated Ups is preferred. Email confirmation of orders shipped will be sent via email with tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges:
For any reason you didn't receive your order please call 435-260-2938 and leave message with phone number and the best time to reach you. The Mystic Connection has a 30 day money back guarantee, just send unused portion with receipt and explanation and the cost of product will be refunded.
