If you need custom decorations and colors, or an amount that is not listed as being available, just email me what you are needing/wanting and I will accommodate you
Payments: I accept pay pal and Zelle. Zelle is a money app that most banks (except Old National) use to allow people to transfer money directly from one person’s bank account to another with just their phone number. Look in your online banking app to see if it is listed under the transfer money tab
Shipping & Order Processing:
if you purchase an item that I have available in the shop, the turn around time is 3-5 business days. For custom orders I will need up to 10 days to make and ship the product. If you are ordering large quantities of items, this time could extend to 14 days, depending on how many items are needed. The shipping cost is your responsibility and will be updated once it ships.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of selling event items, I will not be able to give any refunds, as I do not want the products being used for the event and then returned. I will, however, be happy to exchange a product you are unhappy with for one that better fits your needs. There is no extra charge for customizing your exchange. However, the cost of more expensive products than what you had bought originally will need to be reconciled and a payment made to me for the additional expense. I will absorb the shipping cost if you need to exchange an item due to being dissatisfied.
Additional Information:
If you are within 90 miles of my location, I am happy to come to your event or home and stage the products. It will alleviate you from having to hire a florist or decorate yourself as well as save you money on shipping. I will charge a small fee for my time and travel. The fee amount can be negotiated.
