Welcome Message:
NEWS: Difficulty in placing orders has been fixed! My apologies for the inconvenience.
Welcome to Wave and Willow on FNO! So happy to have you drop by! All items listed here are handcrafted by me, by hand, in my North Carolina studio. I work in two distinct styles: fine art and practical, more "craftsy" pieces. You may see a mixture of both on here from time to time! I have more in my Etsy shop (same name), but will offer select pieces here from time to time.
Payments:
Payment is accepted via PayPal at this time. Payment is expected at time of purchase.
North Carolina residents will have sales tax added to your total (item(s) plus shipping).
Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and ship via USPS First Class in a bubble mailer with tracking. Fiber Art pins are shipped in a USPS Flat Rate small box to ensure protection.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of date of delivery (per USPS tracking information) provided I am contacted ahead of time to arrange the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for the purchase price (minus shipping) will be made once the item is received by me in the exact condition in which it was received by the buyer: unused, unwashed, free of stains, etc.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Additional Information:
Most of my items are made using cotton materials. For zipper pouches, this means they will leak if something spills inside of them. Pouches are machine washable, gentle cycle, and may fade over time due to wash and wear, as does most anything else made from 100% cotton. All pouches are lined with both fabric and batting, meaning they will last longer than most!
Fiber Art items are delicate in nature. To retain vibrancy, keep out of direct sunlight. Do not launder.
