Payments: We accept paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. We appreciate the business and we always want to keep our customers happy!
We ship via USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving our product, if you do not like the fragrance of the candle, we will replace unburned candles. The customer pays for the return shipping cost. When we receive the original candle back we will ship the replacement free of charge.
