Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping is through the USPS. Free shipping is offered to U.S. customers and a flat $10 is charged for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges are offered on hair apparel ONLY if product has not been worn. There are no refunds or exchanges on books.
