It's literally a mixture of the pearlizer and eye cream! You apply it very last after your makeup and it brightens you whole face up!!
I use it under my brow bone to lift my eyes and also under my eyes to make it look like I slept all night ????
If you haven't tried it, you need to! Plus this little jar will last you FOREVER!! I've had mine 18 months and use it daily!
