Our Wildflower Honeys comes from Northern Colorado High Altitude Wildflowers. At 8-10,000 feet elevation the nectar of the wildflowers gives this honey a unique flavor. Sometimes dark and rich, with a little spicy taste. Other times of the season, light and flowery with a hint of citrus. It all depends on the amount of rain the Rockies receive as to how the nectars will taste.
