This beautiful bowl of yew measures 8" at the rim and 5" high. Most people think of yew as a shrub, but they can grow as 30' high trees. Yew takes on variable patterns of grain and gorgeous colors of red-orange heart-wood, cream fruit-wood, and red bark. Yew takes a good glossy shine. This bowl is finished with a semi-gloss polyurethane.
