These unique one-of-a-kind beautiful Platters will be a wonderful addition to any home for you, your friends, housewarmings, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays or just because! Great to serve cheese, fruits, crackers, candy, veggies, cakes, cookies or display as an art piece on your table. You can also use it as a candle holder for a fabulous centerpiece.
Each platter is comprised of 2 layers. A clear bottom layer and the top layer is white opal glass with a 2 inch strip of various colors to give the piece some visual impact. All the pieces are hand cut by me with a hand cutter. I design the plate and then I put it in my kiln for approximately 24 hours to meld the layers into one. There are 4 clear acrylic self adhesive feet I attach to the bottom of each piece to protect your furniture and to avoid slipping when in use. I clean and hand polish the plate and it's ready for you. It comes with a cheese spreader tied with raffia or ribbon. They make a great gift. The colors listed are the colors I have already made but these can be made in any color you wish. A cheese spreader is included with each board. (see above)
Because I hand cut each piece, each sheet of glass is unique and the kiln process, no two are identical.

Care and cleaning instructions: It is recommended to hand wash with warm water and a non abrasive soap and cloth. You can also use a non abrasive window cleaner.
Not Microwavable. Do not put in dishwasher.
If using a candle, please spot clean the dish with a sponge dipped in hot water. The heat helps break up the wax. Then wipe it with a paper towel or gently scrape with a credit card. Use a wooden skewer or chopstick to dig out the wax between the pieces.
It is recommended to use a battery operated candle or lite but not necessary.
