This unique one-of-a-kind fluted beautiful bowl will be a wonderful addition to any home. Perfect for housewarmings, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, parties or just because! ! Great to serve cheese, fruits, crackers, candy, veggies, cookies or use as a catch all by the front door or hallway or in your bedroom. Placing a candle or battery operated lite in the middle and using it as a centerpiece would be gorg!
This piece is comprised of 2 layers. One clear and the second is orange frit (sand like pieces of glass) and a periwinkle blue and purple stripes are the primary colors. The top edge is fluted and the base layer is clear glass.
Everything is hand cut by me with a hand cutter including the small pieces. I put it in my kiln for approximately 24 hours to meld the layers into one. I then slump it to give it its shape by placing the piece over a mold and putting it back into the kiln for another 24 hours. I clean and hand polish it and it's ready for you.
Electric or battery operated candle is recommend but not necessary.
Because I hand cut each piece, each sheet of glass is unique and the kiln process, no two are identical.

Care and cleaning instructions: It is recommended to hand wash with warm water and a non abrasive soap and cloth. You can also use a non abrasive window cleaner.
Not Microwavable or Dishwasher Safe!!!!!
If using a candle, please spot clean the dish with a sponge dipped in hot water. The heat helps break up the wax. Then wipe it with a paper towel or gently scrape with a credit card. Use a wooden skewer or chopstick to dig out the wax between the pieces.
