Welcome to Meatball Designs! I make loop yarn blankets that are comfortable and warm and even have a little heft to them (the larger ones of course). I started making these blankets when my son came home from the hospital after he was born, and I've discovered that kids LOVE the loop yarn blankets! In addition to being warm and cuddly, fingers and toes can easily be stuck through the loops, so they're great for play too. Or, if you're on the more adult side of the age spectrum, I make some couch throw size blankets that are great for cuddling under while you read a great book or watch your favorite show.

We're called Meatball Designs because of the cute, spaghetti-based references my wife and her co-workers used at the office when discussing her pregnancy early on. My son, Aksel, was of course the meatball. He was born with a heart defect, which is why I chose the heart to be my logo. This business is my project to communicate love to all of you, and I hope you really enjoy my blankets!
