I carefully turn all my pipes one at a time on a Jet lathe in my studio so no two are identical just similar. Each pipe then goes through a vigorous fourteen step sanding and polishing process to achieve a beautiful natural wax finish as smooth as silk. This is a tobacco pipe (chillum, wood bat, wood pipe) that has been turned out of African Black, Jobllio wood. This is a very hard wood and is durable for smoking with. It has a nice desgin and is easy to clean with pipe cleaner or of piece of coat hanger.
