This piece is an 8"x10" acrylic mixed medium. It was done with a limited pallet of colored acrylic washes depicting shapes and colors of nature together with loose sketching of Santa Fe Architecture together with a mysterious gate. As I painted this, I thought of intrigue and romance that could be behind the gate?
