Fiber Art One of A Kind Handmade Original Design Hand and Machine Embroidered.
This is an original piece I created playing with fabrics, with no plan in mind, using commercial batik fabrics and some of my own hand dyed fabric.
The piece evolved during the creative process.
It is machine embellished-quilted with variegated rayon threads. Perle cotton hand stitches have been added for interest. It also features a three dimensional leave ( top right corner).
The size of the piece is 9 x 10 inches. It has been mounted on a 11 x 14 inches mat with an opening of 7.5 x 9.5. The mat is black, but the piece could be transferred to any other mat of your choice with the same size opening.
Ready to be framed but it is light enough to be displayed on a small easel.
This is a one of a kind art piece and will be shipped to you in a protective cellophane sleeve. It is signed and dated on the back.
