fully equipted concession trailer with refrigeration/freezers. we grill all food from our 8 foot grills and pig roaster in full view. we serve 1 pound burgers, porkchops, steaks, and sausages. we offer italian beef from our steam table. our boneless b.b.q. rib sandwich with homemade sauce are a crowd pleaszer. we are interested in adding additional shows to our 2006 schedule.
