We are a small, family owned and operated, elephant ear and funnel cake, smoothie and cotton candy business. We take extreme pride in the making of our products. We still do it the old fashion way; from scratch, start to finish, right from our concession unit. We can produce about 600 elephant ears/funnel cakes per day and guarantee a great product every single time. And no, all elephant ears are not created equal!
