Born August 17th 1979 S. Layvey's interest in art began at an early age with what his parents called scribble drawings. At the age of 8 to 14 his parents sent him to a private tutor where he learned to paint landscapes with oil. At 23 He started working for a flooring company painting logo's on many basketball courts. Mostly schools and recreation centers and on one court you may have seen. The Tomas & Mack Center Las Vegas. At age 28 he wanted to try abstract paintings. Through trial and error and allot of supply's he came up with a technique that has been called interesting, colorful, and beautiful.
