The Funky Underground Creole Kitchen is me and my wife Julie's baby. I graduated the Califorina Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2000 and traveled all over cooking New Orleans (Bayona, and the Grill Room at Windsor Court Hotel), Colorado, and all over SF. I worked Backstage Catering for Bill Graham Presents for 7 years as Kitchen Manager at the Warfield Theatre, and filling in at the Fillmore, Shoreline Amp, Punchline Comedy Club, and Sleep Train Amp. We are in our 2nd year getting this vending thing off the ground and, as Vending is way different from backstage, we are adjusting just fine.... Keep it simple, Fresh, and Tasty and how can you go wrong! Any help with scheduling and getting into any shows this year would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
