The Meadow at Flag Pond, Johnson City, TN
Gean and Larry Watford are the owners of The Meadow at Flag Pond, a craft and event venue just off I26 20 minutes North of Asheville at Sams Gap - TN/NC line.
Plans are to build a Mountain Crafts Studio, Event venue, and demonstration area featuring modern Timber Frame Building Technology, small hydro power generation, and independent wind energy production systems.
