The largest annual event in Burleson County is the Kolache Festival, held on the 2nd Saturday in Sept. in Caldwell. It is a celebration of local Czech heritage featuring a delicious pastry known as the kolache. Thousands of visitors from as far as the Czech Republic come to participate.
