Governor’s Plan to reopen:
Governor Abbott Implements Changes to the Reopening Plan, closing bars, limiting restaurant and outdoor gathering capacity.
Mask Mandates:
Requires all Texans to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth in public spaces in counties with 20 or more positive COVID-19 cases.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
EO 28 limits outdoor gatherings in excess of 100 people unless approved by the appropriate local elected official, or specifically exempted in the EO. By Proclamation on July 2, non-exempt outdoor gatherings of more than 10 persons are prohibited unless approved by local officials.
