A festival celebrating traditional American crafts. Demonstrations include spinning, weaving, candle making, quilting, sheep shearing, basket making, tinsmithing, etc. Many activities for children such as butter churning, gold panning, and cornhusk doll making. Also, folk music and dancing. The Living History Adventure is held the second Saturday of the month, April‑October. With a different theme each month, hands‑on activities for kids make sure that younger visitors can connect with history on their level! With activities, games, and crafts to take home, there is something for all ages.
