Louie Bluie Music & Arts Festival organizers are excited to announce the festival will be live on the grounds of Cove Lake State Park, Caryville, TN, Saturday, September 30, 2023! Three or four music stages, judged quilt exhibit, judged art exhibit, food vendors, juried craft vendors. Kids and family friendly event. No alcohol. Free, generous parking (including designated handicap areas). Outdoor event setting beside lovely Cove Lake. Music performances conform to string band music genres as practiced by Howard (Louie Bluie) Armstrong, nationally recognized black musician who grew up in the community.
