Spectra Jazz recording artists 3rd Scenario is the veteran collaboration of two of L.A.'s most promising Jazz/Funk/ R&B visionaries -- Bassist/trumpeter/Vocalist Scott "Bugs" Allen, 2005 N.A.A.C.P. Theatre award-winning musical director, a native of Baltimore, MD met multi-talented Guitarist/Vocalist Earl "Tee" Harris, (Improm2, Stephanie Mills, BeBe Winans, Euge Groove) a Chicago son, 14 years ago and have been making their mark on stages and in the studios of L.A. ever since. With their national debut CD "It's About Time..." primed for world-wide distribution, 3rd Scenario has inked a deal with the Spectra Jazz label of Spectra Records. Their sound has been called sophisticated and funky!
