Annual Fine Art Fair in St. Germain! Artists from around the Midwest present pottery, paintings, photography, handmade jewelry, woodcarvings, homemade candles, basketry, home decor and furniture. Wine tasting and sales, fine artisan cheeses and live music. Held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the park behind the St. Germain Area Chamber of Commerce.

Governor’s Plan to reopen:

On April 20, 2020, Governor Evers announced the Badger Bounce Back plan, which outlines important criteria for Wisconsin to be able to reopen its economy in phases.

Mask Mandates:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled on Mar. 31, 2021, that the governor overstepped his authority when he declared several states of emergency since the start of the pandemic without input from the legislature. The ruling invalidates the current emergency order, which includes a statewide mask mandate.

Local mask mandates remain in place.

Previously, on February 4, 2021, the State Assembly passed a resolution to end the public health emergency and mask mandate. Governor Evers immediately issued Executive Order #105, proclaiming a new state of emergency and reinstituting the mask mandate.

Mass Gathering Restrictions:

Since Emergency Order #3 expired on Nov. 6, 2020, residents are strongly encouraged, but not required, to avoid gatherings with anyone outside of their household and follow physical distancing.
