The Woodward Dream Cruise is the largest one‑day automotive event in North America and attracts over 1,000,000 people and tens of thousands of classic cars to a 16‑mile stretch of historic Woodward Avenue. Michiganders and people from all over the world gather to revisit their favorite Motor City memories ones made on Detroit's most legendary thoroughfare. It's a mid‑summer classic that celebrates the cars and music of the of the cruisin era.

Mask Mandates:
Requirement. Requires people to wear homemade, non-medical grade face coverings when they enter enclosed public spaces. It will also require employers to provide at least cloth face coverings to their employees. New EO includes enforcement provisions & penalties. Originally required by 2020 EO-59 & EO-96. Replaces 2020 EO-147.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Beginning July 31, social gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited if the event is indoors and are prohibited if the event outdoors has more than 100 people. As of June 15, 2020, EO 2020-110 is rescinded for regions 6 and 8. In these regions, indoor gatherings may have 50 people and outdoor gatherings may have up to 250. In the rest of the state, indoor gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited as are outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people. Original restrictions on large gatherings contained in EO 2020-05.
