Mask Mandates:
Requirement. Individuals must wear cloth face coverings in public settings where other physical distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Revised mandate provides for greater enforcement and requires certain businesses in specific localities to implement mask requirements.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
EO 6 limits the number of persons for outdoor gatherings to 5 people per 1,000 sq. ft of occupiable outdoor space or not more than 100 persons, whichever is less. For indoor gatherings, EO 55 amends EO 14 and increases the number of people that may gather from 10 to 50.
