Lakeland is Georgia's Historic City of Murals. All mural's were painted by South Carolina Mural Artists Ralph Waldrop and Billy Love depicting the 1925 era when the town changed from Milltown to Lakeland. The event includes a parade through downtown of vintage vehicles.
