The Festival kicks off with Sat. parade to begin a day of FREE family fun! Folklife demonstrations, gin tours & ginning of historic cotton bale, live auction (the night before), kids activities, contests, tractor pull, engine exhibits, petting zoo, crafts, food, entertainment. Sat. afternoon dance. Family fun to pay tribute to king cotton and honor all the men and women across America who worked the fields and made a living from white gold.
