Governor’s Plan to reopen:
EO 2020-52 extends a pause on gyms, bars, movie theaters, water parks and tubing, and continues to prohibit large gatherings. EO 2020-43 initially Paused the reopening phase on 6/29. EO 2020-36 began AZ reopening on 5/18/20.
Mask Mandates:
Recommendation. Gives authority to mandate the wearing of masks in public to local governments.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
EO 2020-52 Extends pause AZ Reopening. All mass gatherings of 50 or more people must be canceled or postponed. Mass gatherings were first restricted by Order 2020-09 on 3/19/20.
