Governor’s Plan to reopen:
Gov. Lujan Grisham announced limited reopening for dine-in restaurants, indoor malls, gyms, salons, and more.
Mask Mandates:
Requires that everyone wear face coverings in public, with exceptions for eating, drinking and exercising. Under the expiring order, only retail workers were required to wear face coverings. On 6/30 it was announced that the state will agressively enforce the mask mandate. Violators will be subject to a $100 fine.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Mass gatherings of 5 or more prohibited (4/11 amended to include religious gatherings)
