Linkcon “Prezzy” Demetrius, the CEO and founder of Dpc Movements aka Driven Paper Chasers, is best known as the man responsible for signing and helping bring Fatty Soprano and Ijah Iba to new levels in their respective music genres of Hip Hop and Reggae.
Dpc Movements was conceived from the vision and legacy of Prezzy and his original Dpc crew from Concordia University, back in 1999. December 2006, Dpc Movements popped up on the scene and signed local Montreal rapper, Fatty Soprano as the first who ultimately produced a momentous buzz and set the label in motion. Dpc Movements aggressively began building relationships with other local artists and taste makers, some of whom would later become part of the label and the “movement”, Dpc had a prevailing presence in the streets, clubs, some major record labels, with industry insiders and had everyone asking “Who is Dpc ?” The company incorporates several entities under its umbrella including recording, music publishing, artist management, design & printing, photography, video production,custom fragrances and much more.
