Jackson Rhythm & Blues Festival, Jackson, MS

Jackson Rhythm & Blues Festival is a 2-day outdoor music festival featuring 5 stages with over 35 acts. The MS Ag and Forestry Museum is a rustic self contained venue with 3 indoor air conditioned stages minutes from downtown Jackson. Food and merchandise vendors offer a variety of southern favorites. Mississippi Blues legends are a mainstay at this new event which also showcases grammy award winning acts each year. 2014 Rhythm headliners are Ziggy Marley, Fantasia, Bell Biv DeVoe, and Chrisette Michele and B Smith. Blues notables are Dorthy Moore, Bobby Rush, Denise LaSalle, Curtis Salgado, Boney James and Janiva Magness, and Homemade JAMS.
