Little Balkans Festival Association is in its 38th year! It began in 1984 in Pittsburg, Kansas to celebrate our ethnic and cultural heritage. We are looking for artists, handcrafted goods, and a variety of other vendors for the Arts & Crafts Fair in Lincoln Park.
