Papa and Mama Root is a duo/trio act that provides family friendly tribute music focusing on the 1950's - 1970's. They also perform retro sounding originals from CD's in worldwide distribution. Papa and Mama features Papa on acoustic electric guitar, harmonica and lead vocals. Mama adds tight harmonies to the mix. When they perform as a trio, a bass guitar is added. The sound is a mix of rock 'n roll, country and southern rock. They perform with crowd interaction elements and are perfect for: reunions, fundraisers, fairs, festivals, community and civic events, sporting venues, corporate and private parties, and venues of all sizes.
