The Lauren Wolf Band is a Chicago based high energy throwback. An original rock band on the CAU Dog Record label. This four piece has made a sound all their own by taking the likes of Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix then shaking it up with a modern feel of artists such as The Black Keys and Grace Potter. They are the 2012 winner of Live Nation's battle of the bands. The LWB has performed at many iconic venues such as House of Blues, Metro, City Winery, Mayne Stage, Cubby Bear, and many festivals/venues around the midwest. Their second album, "Rise Up" was released in September 2014 to praise reviews.
