• Affiliates - Sent periodically, receive helpful tips, news, and promotions on FestivalNet's Affiliate referral program.

These Monthly Newsletters offer tips, information and new ideas related to working in the festival market.

• Artist & Crafters - Helpful advice & tips dedicated to all aspects of being an artist, crafter, or other vendor at festivals and events to help you achieve success.

For your benefit, we include these events to maximize your chances of not missing the deadline on a great show. When it comes to deadlines, they are usually around the same time each year, so the old information is usually very useful. We do not publish deadlines that are more than a year old and there will always be only ONE listing for each event in our database (no duplicate events, each one gets updated or removed from year to year). FYI - We make an intensive effort to get event updates, but some sponsors simply don't respond to our many requests.

This is either the date all bookings will be done or the deadline to receive applications (if they use an application process). In either case, contact the event well in advance (4-6 months) of the posted deadline. If a festival is all booked up before their posted deadline, that is the nature of the business.

If a promoter has not entered deadlines into their event details, we will display "until full" as the default. Get in touch with the event directly to see if they've filled up.

If you do not enter a date for your event's exhibitor, food, or entertainment deadline fields - we will display "Until Full" there as a courtesy.
