How do I close my account?
Free / basic members should see a 'cancel' link in the upper right section of your Account Details. If you are a Pro Member or have a shop plan, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
To change your email subscriptions, go here.
To turn off AUTO renew, go here.

How do I delete an event?
Click "Manage My Events" then click "Delete this Event" to the right of the event you are wanting to delete. Then enter the reason that you are requesting the listing to to be deleted.
