Hello! Yes I'm new to the community and am very excited about joining😃 The question I have is do all my items have to be pre made to ship out immediately or can an order be taken for made to order items that requiring processing time?

Hi Beth,
Welcome!
You can certainly list your items as "made to order" but please make sure that you leave extensive instructions for your customers in each listing page on how the finished item will be, how long it may take, and any custom instructions they need to send you.
For example: "item pictured is an example, each item is made to order. please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be made"
At this time, we do not have "custom" item ordering functionality on the listing page but hope to add that in the future.
